So I am sitting here, I just woke up and have not yet had my bath. So call me stinky.
So Stinky as I am I checked my blog planning to go take a bath and mull over responses come back make them and move on to my lecherous blogsite to make a post when I was first saddened then shocked at a blog I read.
But before I get to that blog I need to make a brief explanation. You see I read this other blog some days ago called Child Rapists Rejoice (the blue letters are a link to this blog)and I could not get it out of my head because while I am all for executing a rapist I do not make the distinction between a “child” and an adult. Say you have a child raped and in any sense of the definition a rape is brutal but you can add on extras so the child is raped only by definition, penetration, follow me here: and you have an eighteen year old woman object raped, her vagina torn and can never have children or a normal sex life again and her face disfigured by him pounding her face to hamburger? Why should the child rapist get a more extreme sentence then the one who raped the adult? I understand that the child had her life a head of her but so did the adult and both are equally ruined. Also this is an emotional reaction, the desire for execution but my logical mind says if you take a life than yours should be taken and since many cannot ever have a life after this it can be argued that they did in fact take a life. (oh and the extreme pro-lifers want them to keep that baby to add insult to injury)
Which brings me to my current topic of discussion based on the content of this blog by Faith Marie. Faith is leaving us because of a comment made on Johnny’s blog, not by Johnny. The comment was in fact made by Italian_Stallion a fellow teenager according to his profile. The offending comment made was this:
I totally agree with you about those f.ucking teenagers. Who do they think they are, with their loud music and their not-fully-matured bodies. They're always complaining about some trivial shit that no one cares about and making it seem like their problems matter. I wish I could take all the teenagers on this site and just rape them. That would teach those young whipper-snappers a lesson or two.- Italian_Stallion
Now, was I offended by this comment? yes, at first but then I saw it was also made by a teenager and because of the fact someone was leaving over it, one calling for the comment to be removed, another out raged and many offended I took time to sit and think about it.
See this thinking thing is a dangerous thing, why is this comment so much worse than those made to me, Johnny, Tealstar and all of the homosexual community on blogster in addition to many individuals. What have I missed? Why was their not the public out cry when I was told to play in my Shit, told to go get raped in the butt, when Johnny was told to go get raped in jail(where he has not been), to stick things up his ass including explosives, teal star has had vile repugnant things wished on her and been called a lesbian(I do not know if she is a lesbian or not but would it matter?) lets not leave out the gay men they have been wished aids, anal rape, anal gang rape, object rape. rape with explosives, insect anal torture, but it is that comment above that people choose to get up in arms about?
So is it okay because most of these people are adults? Is it okay because these people might or might not be a lesbian, a sex worker, a homosexual male or just an adult? Is it okay because it came from JOEZsREPUBLICANPAGE ?
If that comment made by Italian_Stallion should be removed or even his entire blog so should JOEZsREPUBLICANPAGE. It is equally as offensive and vile the sad part is I honestly believe the boy was making a joke responding in kind to a TEENAGER who thought it was right to say:
so have fun after tonight when you need to use ur handy douche bag to get the cum outta your ass ahahaha- mafialover
So then if we are so affronted by the fact that this “rape” comment was made to teenagers in spite of the fact it was made by a teenager then what should be done about teenagers making the exact same kind of comments? All in defense of someone not liking their blog?
I am for the freedom of speech you do not like it you do not read it or delete it is because of situations like this that people get pissed. all kinds of people not just political parties or religious folks. If you hold all blogs to the same standards, as they should be, then all of the comments and blogs mentioned above should be removed not just the most current one that was directed at teenagers, all of them. Otherwise it is biased and it is WRONG. Either leave them all or remove them all.
I personally think the choice should be made by the blogger not the blogster “team” we have all of the controls at our fingertips to control what we read.

Very good, now go wash your ass before I stick an M-80 in it.
I think you would have been a brilliant lawyer/barrister.
Two things to consider
1) What is an adult? Can't define this by age alone, although the law seems to.
2) As you correctly point out, what was the intent behind the written word?
Are written threats of physical violence offensive? Are cinematic effects of physical violence offensive? The list goes on. Are reading these things any worse than reading a Steven King or worse horror book? What it eventually comes to, when it IS ONLY the written word, is personal responsibility to learn to cope with rationally anything you read because that is what freedom of speech means.
A mind knowing the difference between physical reality and imagined fantasy is a possible step towards the seemingly impossible ideal of Utopia!
If only I had the time and memory, I would have enjoyed law.
I just have to wonder if blogster was trying to attract pot smoking promiscous teenagers.....lord
I don't think intent is relevant here. As you probably know any legal exploration of this would involve two things (1) the mens rea, the intent as you mentioned, and (2) the actus rea, the action.
However, the intent and action must conjunctively coincide for there to be any legal exploration of this issue. There is no action here, there is only a written word, which, as you clearly know is not concieved of as an act by any court in the free world.
However, if you want to examine if writing a word, or statement, constitutes an act, then you have cause to explore the intent, because then it would be relevant. At least in a legal sense.
But I think we are all on the same page here and think it dangerous to conceive of words as actions.
Well written:). I agree with the above poster, you should be a lawyer. I am still new so I missed a lot of stuff.
This Italian_Stallion dude sounds like a real asshole. I checked out his profile and its all inflamatory verbal violence over the most trivial of matters. He needs to be kicked off blogster, and then raped.
Actually I said I beleive you were kidding
That doesn't change the fact that he needs to be raped.
I believe that blogs and comments usually reflect personalities, not necessarily that they mean what they say. Heck, that's a pretty strong reaction close to strong abhorrence to the above comment although I do agree it is offensive to people who have opposite personalities.
However, mentioning and sort of tolerating rape, like there isn't enough physical violation in the world, is kinda unkind and an utter lack of imagination.
Nothin' wrong with consensual sex no matter how rowdy it can get, but rape is rape. Nuff said.
So.... no rape?
