One thing I found that I love about blogster is that we are allowed freedom of Speech and Expression. In a small community like this it would be easy for the powers that be to say, I do not like that and delete your blog or maybe your account or even moderate your posts but they do not do that here, Which is one of the reasons I will not switch to another blog service other than to put my own word press on my website to keep subjects that are by legal definition offensive contained in a location that has a legal disclaimer.
I do happen to know the law very well on the subject of obscenity very well as it has been drilled into me by my very good friend and legal advisor and in this business you always need an extensive knowledge of the law.
Fortunately for all of us here at blogster the written word is still not subject to the obscenity law or we would all find ourselves in a world of hurt because obscenity is defined by law as anything considered offensive. That would mean that not only would we sex workers be subject to it but so would all pagans, some extreme Christian groups (Phelps no matter how much we dislike him) all militant groups and their ideas, feminists (yes I believe they can speak too) smokers, drinkers, the list goes on and on. All would be subject to the majorities’ definition of offensive and that would be an atrocity.
Keeping this in mind I write what I want to and what I feel here in spite of those who may disagree with me because it is not yet law that I cannot however I do keep my really nasty stuff limited to paying customers and soon my own blog on my website and would not consider putting subjects such as those here on blogster.
This said I want to give a short list of what I find offensive:
• Religious intolerance
• Ignorance in Religious Matters
• Unsupervised children on the internet
• The dreg of society of all races
• Censorship
• The acceptance of the displacement of sex defined roles
• People who think porn is degrading to women
This has all been said because someone asked me to take down my picture. Well let me say this. That is my ass and it is covered and is not considered offensive or obscene by any interpretation of the law concerning images. It is a picture of my ass and you can see that or much less on any beach. It is clothed and is not a sex act or a simulation of one and is not nude. When a law passes that it is illegal for me to wear that bikini on the beach which is where it was taken or to take that photo then and only then will I take it down.

And I don't think there is anything wrong with your butt avatar. It's a nice butt, after all. They're just jealous that either theirs is not as nice, or that they don't get to look at a nice butt on a regular basis. [LOL][LOL] If my butt looked like that, maybe it would be my avatar too...
If they don't like it, don't look at it!
